Fire Cider !!!

A shot of fire cider a day, will certainly keep the doctor away! It will also keep away harmful bacteria, fungus, parasites, and other unwanted guest. This formula supports healthy inflammatory levels, promotes healthy digestion,  increases blood flow and circulation, and supports a healthy immune system. It is so easy to make and I encourage everyone to have a bottle of it in their fridge. Our family take a shot daily from fall through winter. However, it can also be taken at the first signs of a lowered immune system.

You will find most of its ingredients in your kitchen and what you don’t have can be purchased at a grocery store.

Ingredients

1/2 gallon apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)

1/4 cup chopped organic garlic

1 cup shredded organic horseradish

1 cup shredded organic ginger

2 tsp. of cayenne powder

-optional- I always add 1/4 cup of chopped organic turmeric as well (2 tsp. of powdered turmeric is okay)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a 1/2 gallon mason jar.

Make sure you leave at least 1 inch of space at the top.

Put a piece of wax paper underneath the lid. (That way the metal mason jar lid doesn’t rust.)

It will be ready in 1-2 weeks….. I suggest allowing it to sit for at least 6-8 weeks. Give it a good shake every few days as well.

Suggested Use

Maintenance -1 oz shot daily first thing in the morning

Acute infection – 1oz shot 3 times daily
